Community Day: Savor the Summer and Vendor Market – Sponsor & Vendor Information

Community Day: Savor the Summer, featuring the Vendor Market, invites guests to enjoy free admission to the Museum along with activities, workshops, food trucks, and tours. As part of this community celebration, Sponsors and Vendors will have the opportunity to showcase their products and services to the public in a lively and welcoming environment.

Sponsorship Opportunities:
The Parrish is proud to host around 500 local residents and families for this celebratory day at the Museum with family events, exhibition tours, shopping and programming. Sponsors will be provided space within the exterior and interior lobby locations. If you are a current Business Member and are interested in a complimentary table, please contact membership@parrishart.org. Please consider sponsoring this special day for the community.

• Community Sponsor
  As a Community Sponsor, you will receive a complimentary vendor table at the event, along with recognition of your gift as a Community Sponsor on the event welcome sign, program, and Museum website.
  
• Patron Sponsor
  As a Patron Sponsor, you will enjoy a complimentary vendor table at the event and recognition of your gift as a Patron Sponsor on the event welcome sign, program, and Museum website. The Museum will also acknowledge your support in the Parrish Art Museum's Annual Report and on the Museum's Donor Recognition Wall. Additionally, you will receive a complimentary one-year Business Patron Membership.

Vendor Information: 
The Vendor Market features over 25 vendors of jewelry, ceramic, gifts, and more! Vendors will be located in the Lichtenstein Theater. Setup begins at 9:30 AM (early arrival allows choice of location). Market Open to Public: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

• Vendor Space & Fees:
  ◦ Returning Vendor Fee: $100 per selling space
  ◦ New Vendor Fee: $150 per selling space
         ◦ Includes: One-year Individual Membership to the Parrish Art Museum
  ◦ Tables: 8-foot tables available upon request; limited supply, first come, first serve
  ◦ Table Coverings: Brown roll paper covering and chairs provided; tablecloths are not available
• Registration & Payment:
  ◦ Deadline to Reserve: May 15
  ◦ How to Submit: Return your completed vendor sign-up form to orourkej@parrishart.org after making payment below
  ◦ Refund Policy: Due to limited availability, fees are non-refundable if you are unable to attend
