Winter Welcome Day & Holiday Market – Sponsor & Vendor Information

Winter Welcome Day on Saturday, December 5, 2026, featuring the Holiday Market, invites guests to enjoy free admission to the Museum along with activities, workshops, food trucks, and tours. The Parrish is proud to host around 800 local residents and families for this celebratory day at the Museum with family events, exhibition tours, shopping and programming.  As part of this festive community celebration, Sponsors and Vendors will have the opportunity to showcase their products and services to the public in a lively and welcoming environment.

Sponsorship Opportunities:

Sponsors will be provided space within the interior lobby locations. If you are a current Business Member and are interested in a complimentary table, please contact membership@parrishart.org. 

• Community Sponsor
  As a Community Sponsor, you will receive a complimentary vendor table at the event, along with recognition of your gift as a Community Sponsor on the event welcome sign, program, and Museum website.
  
• Patron Sponsor
  As a Patron Sponsor, you will enjoy a complimentary 8ft vendor table at the event and recognition of your gift as a Patron Sponsor on the event welcome sign, program, and Museum website. The Museum will also acknowledge your support in the Parrish Art Museum's Annual Report and on the Museum's Donor Recognition Wall. Additionally, you will receive a complimentary one-year Business Patron Membership.

Vendor Information: 
The Holiday Market features over 25 vendors of jewelry, ceramic, gifts, and more! Vendors will be located in the Lichtenstein Theater. Setup begins at 9:30 AM. Market Open to Public: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

  ◦ Fees: 
  • $150 per space
    ◦ Includes: One-year Individual Membership to the Parrish Art Museum.

• • $230 per space
    ◦ Includes: Associate Dual Membership to the Parrish Art Museum

Tables: 8-foot tables with a black linen, available for $50. If a table is needed, make sure to click the correct registration with a table included. 

• Registration & Payment:
  ◦ Deadline to Reserve: November 11.
  ◦ How to Submit: Return your completed vendor BLANK to communityevents@parrishart.org after making payment below.
  ◦ Refund Policy: Due to limited availability, fees are non-refundable if you are unable to attend.
